About Toner Watch
Toner Watch runs the same diagnostics routine that was installed on the facilities rolling laptop in 2009. It has been updated zero times. It has also never been audited, which the facilities team considers a feature.
The tool answers one question per floor: is the printer lying when it says it is out of toner, or is it genuinely out of toner.
